REFUND POLICY

At Therapoint, we value your trust and are committed to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.


1. Session Bookings

All therapy sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. This helps us reserve your therapist’s time and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment under the following terms:

  • At least 24 hours before your scheduled session:
    You may reschedule or request a full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments:
    Unfortunately, no refund will be provided. Therapists set aside time specifically for you, and late cancellations prevent others from booking.


3. Package Sessions

If you’ve purchased a therapy package (multiple sessions), unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase—as long as none of the sessions have been used.


4. Technical Issues (for Online Sessions)

If technical issues on our end prevent your online session from taking place, we will gladly reschedule the session or offer a full refund.


5. Therapist Unavailability

If your therapist becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we will do our best to:

  • Reschedule you with the same therapist, or

  • Offer an alternative therapist, or

  • Provide a full refund if neither option suits your needs.


6. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed therapy sessions

  • Sessions missed without notice

  • Gifted or transferred services


7. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at support@therapoint.com with your full name, session date, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
